DOMAINE POWER (00442) announced a rights issue proposal, offering 1 new share for every 2 existing shares held by eligible shareholders on the record date. The subscription price is set at HKD 0.710 per share.
The company aims to raise up to approximately HKD 61 million in gross proceeds (before expenses) by issuing a maximum of 8.635 million new shares, assuming no change in the issued share capital before the record date.
As of March 31, 2025, the company held cash and bank balances of about HKD 36.3 million. The board believes the rights issue is a financially prudent measure to strengthen the group's financial position and support future business development.
