HANXBIO-B repurchases 18,100 H shares, expanding treasury stock to 847,800 units

Hanx Biopharmaceuticals (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. completed an on-market repurchase of 18,100 H shares on 28 May 2026.

The transaction was executed within a price range of HKD 26.50 to HKD 28.50 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 27.30 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.49 million.

Key post-transaction metrics • Outstanding shares (excluding treasury): reduced from 135.39 million to 135.37 million. • Treasury shares: increased from 829,700 to 847,800. • Total issued shares remain unchanged at 136.22 million, as repurchased shares are being held in treasury.

Utilisation of repurchase mandate Since the mandate was approved on 12 February 2026, the company has bought back 847,800 shares, representing 0.62% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

Moratorium Under Hong Kong listing rules, Hanx Biopharmaceuticals is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 27 June 2026.
