北森控股有限公司（股份代号：09669）于2026年2月25日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示，公司于同日回购113,600股普通股，回购总金额为港币581,116元。上述回购股份占回购前已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的约0.0156%，回购价格区间介乎每股港币5.02元至5.22元，所回购股份将持作库藏股。
回购完成后，公司于2026年2月25日的已发行股份数目（不包括库存股份）为729,258,731股，库存股份增至2,667,800股。公告同时披露，本次回购所依据的购回授权通过日期为2025年9月18日，剩余可回购股份数目为70,122,313股。上市公司确认已遵守香港联交所《主板上市规则》及相关法规的要求。
