Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (PCPD, stock code: 00432) will convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in Function Room 1−3, Level 3 IT Street, Core E, Cyberport 3, 100 Cyberport Road, Hong Kong. Agenda items include receiving and adopting the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, considering the re-election of directors, and re-appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor.

Key special business at the AGM involves authorizing the board to allot and issue up to 20% of the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares, if any) and grant an unconditional mandate to buy back shares on an exchange, limited to 10% of the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares, if any).
