荣尊国际控股（01780）发布公告称，公司已委任浤博资本有限公司为独立财务顾问，就收购要约向独立董事委员会及独立股东提供意见，尤其是关于要约是否属公平合理及应否接纳。
据悉，该委任事项已根据收购守则规则2.1获独立董事委员会批准。浤博资本为一间根据证券及期货条例获发牌可进行第1类（证券交易）及第6类（就机构融资提供意见）受规管活动的法团。
公告提到，浤博资本的意见函以及就要约向独立董事委员会及独立股东作出的推荐建议，将载入公司与要约人联合寄发予股东的综合文件内。
公司同时提醒，股东及潜在投资者于买卖股份时务请审慎行事，如有疑问应咨询持牌证券交易商、注册证券机构、银行经理、律师、专业会计师或其他专业顾问。
