WANG ON GROUP LIMITED（01222）9月25日公告称，公司董事会已审议并批准其间接全资附属公司宏集策划有限公司与香港房屋委员会就香港新界天水围天恩邨天恩商场地下单一营运商街市及2号铺（“该街市”）的重续租赁协议。该协议自2026年10月1日起至2029年9月30日止，租期3年，首尾两日包括在内。

根据协议，宏集策划有限公司需向业主支付每月租金72万港元（不含差饷及空调费），租期内应付租金总额为25.92百万港元，相关款项将由集团内部资源拨付。

依据香港财务报告准则第16号，集团将确认约23.53百万港元的使用权资产及相应租赁负债。该金额系按租期内应付租金总额的现值计算，贴现率为7.00%。

按照香港联交所《上市规则》第14章及第14.07条计算，拟确认的使用权资产价值的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此本次租赁事项构成须予披露交易，需遵守相关申报及公告规定。

公告指出，现有租赁协议将于2026年9月30日届满，续租可确保集团在该街市的经营连续性。集团管理及分租街市摊位逾二十年，本次续租为其日常业务活动的一部分，租赁条款经双方公平磋商并参考现行租约条件及街市运营状况确定。
