本次回购于2026年7月13日完成，因所购回股份尚未注销，公司已发行股本暂维持在14,166,696,942股，库存股份数为0股。根据2025年8月19日股东会议通过的回购授权，公司可回购1,416,669,694股，本次合计已回购60,000,000股。
公司确认，本次股份回购遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例。公告由公司秘书张立基签署。
