截至2025年12月31日，SHELL PLC的股本构成包括5,718,636,398股普通股，每股面值0.07欧元。值得注意的是，SHELL PLC目前未持有任何库存股。
股东可将5,718,636,398股作为计算分母，用以判断是否需根据英国金融行为监管局的信息披露指引与透明度规则，申报其于SHELL PLC的持股权益或权益变动。
重要提示：本公告系依据信息披露指引与透明度规则第5.6.1条发布。因此，上述股本数字包含SHELL PLC通过股份回购计划购入但尚未注销的股份。
