Jiading International Group (08153) has announced that all conditions for its share placement have been fulfilled. A total of 6.93 million placement shares have been successfully allocated in accordance with the placement agreement. The placement was completed on April 24, 2026, with the new shares issued to no fewer than six independent third-party placees. Net proceeds from the placement, amounting to approximately HK$4.7 million, will be used for general working capital purposes.
