MORIMATSU INTL (02155) announced that on May 28, 2026, its subsidiary, Morimatsu Haochun (as the seller), entered into a product procurement contract with Senyan Yixin (as the buyer). Under the agreement, Senyan Yixin has agreed to purchase, and Morimatsu Haochun has agreed to sell, a slurry production system for a total consideration of RMB 12 million (including tax). Slurry, also known as polishing fluid, is a core electronic chemical used in the Chemical-Mechanical Polishing (CMP) process of semiconductor manufacturing for the precise planarization of wafer surfaces. The slurry production system provided by Morimatsu Haochun under the contract is a core system for producing slurry. The execution of this product procurement contract is expected to increase the Group's revenue and profit, enable the Group to accumulate manufacturing experience in slurry production systems, and enhance the Group's market competitiveness. The consideration was determined through fair negotiation between the parties, based on a cost-plus pricing method, taking into account customer needs and current market conditions. The product procurement contract was entered into on normal commercial terms following fair negotiation between the parties, with reference to prevailing market terms and conditions.
