大行科工此前的公开发售部分获得了约7558.4倍的惊人认购，成为今年港股市场超购倍数最高的新股之一。公司以每股49.5港元的价格发行792万股，共募集资金约3.92亿港元。根据灼识咨询的报告，大行科工在2024年按折叠自行车零售量和零售额计算均位居中国市场首位，市场份额分别达到26.3%和36.5%。
财务数据显示，大行科工近年来保持快速增长。公司收入从2022年的2.54亿元增长至2024年的4.51亿元，复合年增长率达33.1%。净利润也从2022年的3140万元增至2024年的5230万元。公司计划将此次募集的资金用于生产系统现代化、扩大运营规模、强化经销网络以及加强研发能力等方面，以进一步巩固其市场领先地位。
