根据船舶追踪公司Kpler的数据，在遭遇美国空袭后，伊朗哈尔克岛这个能源基础设施枢纽的原油出口在中断两天后，于周日恢复。Kpler表示，上周日与周一期间该岛共输出约380万桶原油。
美国总统特朗普此前宣称空袭中避开了石油设施，但警告若伊朗不开放霍尔木兹海峡这一关键石油运输水道，将重新评估该决定。战事爆发以来伊朗持续出口原油，截至上周运输量仍保持稳定。
然而有迹象表明原油正积压在哈尔克岛的基础设施中。卫星数据公司Capterio指出，近日该岛天然气燃除量急剧上升。原油中溶解的天然气会逐渐分离，当无处安置这些气体时便会进行燃除。Capterio首席执行官马克·戴维斯分析称，燃除量增加意味着随着出口放缓，原油正在不断囤积。
