Synertone Communication Corporation announced that its 2026 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and proxy form have been published in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.synertone.net) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy communications will receive the printed package by mail. Those preferring physical copies—either in English, Chinese or both—can obtain them free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar.

Synertone emphasizes that shareholders should provide and maintain a valid email address to ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications of future corporate communications. Absent a functional email address, shareholders will continue to receive printed notices and actionable communications by post.
