GENFLEET-B (02595) climbed nearly 8% in morning trading. As of press time, the stock was up 5.47% at HK$28.9, with turnover of HK$37.7862 million.

On the news front, the company's self-developed oral KRAS G12D inhibitor GFH375 has been proposed by the CDE for inclusion in the breakthrough therapy designation list for the treatment of KRAS G12D-mutant colorectal cancer. If it passes the public comment period, this will be the third breakthrough therapy designation for GFH375, following two previous designations for KRAS G12D-mutant non-small cell lung cancer and pancreatic cancer.

Notably, GENFLEET-B will hold an online investor call on October 15 to release preliminary research data on GFH375 in combination with cetuximab for the treatment of KRAS G12D-mutant solid tumors. In addition, preliminary clinical data for GFH276 monotherapy in RAS-mutant solid tumors has been selected as a Late-Breaking Abstract (LBA33) at the 2026 ESMO Congress, and the company will hold an online investor call on October 25 to discuss the data.
