Shenzhen DOBOT Corp Ltd released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that no new shares were issued and no treasury shares were created or cancelled during the month. Issued H shares remained unchanged at 393.80 million, while domestic shares stood at 46.16 million, keeping total issued share capital steady at 439.96 million shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.
The company affirmed full compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, with all 393.80 million H shares remaining in public hands.
Equity incentive activity was limited. Under the H Share Option Scheme, 500,000 unvested options lapsed following an employee resignation, reducing outstanding options to 8.75 million. Separately, 24,000 unvested shares under the H Share Award Scheme also lapsed. No options were exercised and no new shares or treasury share transfers occurred.
Post-lapse, DOBOT retains capacity to issue up to 42.33 million shares under its combined option and award schemes, equivalent to 10% of its issued share capital as approved on 9 October 2025.
The company’s authorised (issued) share capital therefore closed September unchanged at RMB 439.96 million, reflecting a stable equity structure with confirmed adherence to listing requirements.
