汇彩控股有限公司(01180)8月14日发布盈利警告。公司根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审核综合管理账目初步评估，预计录得亏损约8,260万元；而上年同期录得溢利约17,780万元，其中持续经营业务及已终止经营业务分别贡献溢利2,900万元及14,880万元。
董事会指出，业绩由盈转亏主要受两项因素影响： 1. 公司于澳门提供娱乐场管理服务的相关协议已于2025年12月2日届满且不获续期，报告期内未录得任何相关收入，而上年同期该业务收入为38,260万元。 2. 报告期内电子娱乐设备及系统的销售及/或租赁收入同比减少9,310万元，降幅74.2%，其中澳门市场的直播混合游戏机终端及系统销售下滑明显。
公告称，公司计划在2026年下半年或2027年初推出新一代直播混合游戏机平台Black Coral，客户或因等待新产品而推迟采购，导致现有平台销量减少。
汇彩控股表示，相关财务数据仍待独立核数师审核及董事会审核委员会审阅，股东及潜在投资者应以公司预计于2026年8月底发布的中期业绩公告为准。公司提醒投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
