GREEN ENERGY GP (00979) announced that Ms. Jiang Zhihua has tendered her resignation as an independent non-executive director, effective April 14, 2026, due to her decision to devote more time to other business arrangements. Ms. Chen Weiyin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from the same date, April 14, 2026.

Following Ms. Jiang's resignation from her role as an independent non-executive director, she will also cease to be a member of the company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee.

Concurrent with her appointment as an independent non-executive director, (i) Ms. Chen has also been appointed as a member of the company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
