The meeting approved a final dividend of 1.46 Singapore cents per share for FY2025, payable on Jun, 19 2026. The payout will be offered with the CSE Global Scrip Dividend Scheme.

All directors who stood for re-election—Ng Shin Ein, Wong Su Yen, Ravinder Singh, and board chairman Eugene Paul Lai—were returned to office. Directors’ fees were fixed at 550,000 Singapore dollars for FY2026, to be paid quarterly in arrears.

The poll on each motion was tallied electronically; the final dividend resolution passed with 98.41% of votes in favour, while the share issue mandate received 71.31% support. The AGM concluded at 11:30 a.m. local time.
