北京五一视界数字孪生科技股份有限公司(股票代码：06651)，于5月28日公告称，董事会提请即将于6月18日召开的公司2025年度股东大会赋予一般性授权，以回购不超过公司已发行H股股份总数10%的股份。据公告披露，五一视界目前已发行H股数量为394,921,963股，此次回购数量最多可达39,492,196股。
公司表示，此次回购主要意在维护广大投资者利益，并进一步增强市场信心。回购资金来源将使用公司合法可用的内部资金，相关操作将严格遵守中国法律、公司章程及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则等规定，确保回购行为的合规性与合理性。公司同时披露，截至最后实际可行日期，公司总股份数为414,003,771股，且未持有任何库存股份。回购完成后，公司可根据实际情况对所回购股份做注銷或持有为库存股份安排。
公司强调，董事会认为上述回购计划符合五一视界及股东的整体最佳利益。本次年度股东大会将于2026年6月18日在中国北京市举行。公司从2026年6月15日起至6月18日(含首尾两日)期间将暂停办理股份过户登记手续，以确定有权出席该次股东大会并进行投票的股东名单。
