公告显示，2026年8月27日为记录日期，当日在股东名册上登记的股东有权出席股东特别大会并行使投票权。如需办理股份过户，股东须在2026年8月21日（星期五）16:30前，将所有过户文件及相关股票送达公司香港股份过户登记分处——香港中央证券登记有限公司（地址：香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712–1716号铺）完成登记。
