绿地香港（00337）3月24日发布盈利预警公告，公司根据截至2025年12月31日止年度的未经审计综合管理账目初步评估，预计2025年度将录得归属于公司拥有人亏损约22亿元至25亿元；上年同期亏损约20.9亿元。以中值23.5亿元测算，年度亏损有望同比扩大约12%。\n\n公司表示，房地产业整体下行导致全年交付房产的收益减少，加之毛利率下降，是本期亏损扩大的主要原因。\n\n公告同时提醒，上述数据未经公司核数师或审核委员会审阅确认，最终财务业绩将于2026年3月底前发布。公司亦提示股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股票时务请审慎行事。
