北京鷹瞳科技發展股份有限公司（“鹰瞳科技-B”，股票代码：02251）于2026年9月15日发布公告，披露当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股H股3.41万股，占当日回购前已发行股份总数的约0.034%。回购价格介于每股7.385港元至8.9港元之间，合计耗资约27.19万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份数量由约100,970,113股降至100,936,013股，库存股份则增至2,632,000股，合计股本维持在103,568,013股。公司此前于2026年6月26日通过购回授权，总数为10,137,961股，截至目前已合计回购443,600股，占授权通过时已发行股份总数约0.4376%。
