2026年10月26日，广州白云山医药集团股份有限公司(00874)发布公告称，其控股子公司广州王老吉药业股份有限公司的独家产品“克感利咽口服液”已于近日召开小儿急性上呼吸道感染(风热感冒证)Ⅱ期临床试验全国研究者会议，标志着该项目正式进入Ⅱ期临床研究阶段。
克感利咽口服液1997年获批新药证书和生产批件，列入《中华人民共和国药典》2025年版一部，用于疏风清热、解毒利咽。2024年1月，王老吉药业已取得国家药品监督管理局签发的《药物临床试验补充申请批准通知书》，允许开展针对儿童人群的临床试验。
公告显示，克感利咽口服液在2025年度实现销售收入人民币1,385.54万元。截至本公告日，王老吉药业对该药物的累计研发投入约为人民币3,050.37万元(未经审计)。除王老吉药业外，国内已有葵花药业集团(襄阳)隆中有限公司、临江市宏大药业有限公司等企业生产克感利咽颗粒产品。
