On December 17, 2025, HAOSEN FINTECH (03848) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Haosen Microfinance, entered into a loan facility agreement with borrower Deng Jianhua. Under the agreement, the lender agreed to provide a loan facility of RMB33.3 million to the borrower at an annual interest rate of 9%, with a term of 15 months starting from the date of the agreement.
