山东威高集团医用高分子制品股份有限公司（“威高股份”，股票代码：01066）于2026年5月19日发布公告，披露当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股H股22.52万股。本次回购占该公司现有已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的约0.005%，回购价格介乎每股3.41港元至3.45港元，涉及总金额约77.37万港元。
回购完成后，公司库存股份数量增至5611.4万股，已发行股份总数维持为45.22亿股，其中流通股数约为44.66亿股。根据公告，威高股份于2025年5月27日经股东大会通过了购回授权，授权购回股份总数为4.5156亿股。截至本次回购完成，威高股份已累计在联交所等场内合计回购约4946.56万股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的约10.9544%。公告同时披露，本次回购后，新的发行或库藏股再出售及转让的暂止期截至2026年6月19日。
威高股份确认本次股份回购已获得董事会正式授权，并符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
