SIIC ENVIRONMENT (00807) announced that Mr. Wen Runhua has stepped down as one of the joint company secretaries, the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and the legal process agent for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law). The changes took effect on November 13, 2025.

Following Mr. Wen's departure, Ms. Gan Meixia (who meets the necessary professional qualifications and relevant experience requirements under Rule 3.28 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules) has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective November 13, 2025, succeeding Mr. Wen. Mr. Li Weixiong will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
