据知情人士透露，软银正就收购DigitalBridge进行深入谈判，最快将于今日宣布协议。此次收购是软银布局AI数字基础设施战略的关键一步，DigitalBridge旗下拥有DataBank、Vantage等全球数据中心资产，管理规模达1080亿美元。此前12月初收购传闻首次曝光时，DigitalBridge股价单日涨幅已达45%。
