Voicecomm Technology Co., Ltd. (VOICECOMM) disclosed in its Monthly Return for April 2026 that it allotted and issued 4.13 million new H shares on 27 April 2026 under an existing general mandate. The new shares were placed at HKD 46.30 each, implying gross proceeds of approximately HKD 191.84 million.

As a result of the placement, the company’s issued H-share capital expanded 14.49% to 32.66 million shares, up from 28.53 million at end-March 2026. Correspondingly, authorised H-share capital increased to RMB 32.66 million, while the class of unlisted ordinary shares remained unchanged at 6.99 million.
