KML Technology Group Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 30 November 2025. The total authorized share capital remained unchanged at 3,800,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, totaling HKD 38,000,000.

As of 30 November 2025, the company’s total issued shares stood at 404,960,000, with no addition or reduction during the reporting period. Treasury shares were also unchanged at zero.

In terms of share options under the existing share option scheme, 5,900,000 options were outstanding at the beginning and end of the month, and they carry the potential issuance of up to 12,000,000 ordinary shares upon full exercise.
