中资国际控股有限公司（08118，下称“公司”）8月27日公告，董事会已委任安嘉成先生为执行董事，任期自2026年8月27日起，为期三年；同日起，安嘉成先生同时出任公司薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员。
公告披露，现年52岁的安嘉成先生自2004年获麦觉理管理研究所金融管理学硕士学位，并自2000年起成为香港会计师公会会员。安先生曾于2024年3月21日至2025年2月17日担任正道集团有限公司（1188.HK）独立非执行董事，累积超28年财务、财务报告及业务发展经验，其中在财务及商业领域的高级管理岗位服务超过20年。
根据服务协议，安先生将自2026年8月27日起享有每月10,000港元董事酬金，并可按董事会酌情决定的水平获得按公司业绩及个人表现发放的花红。此外，安先生有资格参与公司的购股权计划。
截至公告日期，安嘉成先生并未在公司或其相联法团的任何股份或相关股份中拥有或被视为拥有任何权益，亦未与公司现任董事、高级管理人员、主要股东或控股股东存在关系。除公告所载信息外，董事会并无其他事项需另行披露。
