Kai Yuan Holdings (01215) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$192 million, representing a decrease of 40.63% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to the company's owners was HK$128 million, a shift from profit to loss year-on-year. The loss per share was HK1.00 cent. According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue during the year was primarily due to the commencement of Phase II renovations, which involved 112 guest rooms, corridors, windows, vertical air conditioning systems, and the roof. This led to a reduction in revenue contributed by the Paris Marriott Hotel Champs-Elysees, which operates under the hotel operations segment.
