Imperium Technology Reports 50% Jump in Issued Shares After HK$42.55 Million Rights Issue

Imperium Technology Group Limited filed a resubmitted monthly return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 30 September 2026, detailing a substantial expansion of its share base driven by a rights issue early in the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01, equivalent to HK$50.00 million. However, issued shares surged 50.01%, rising by 223.95 million to 671.84 million shares after the completion of a rights issue on 2 September 2026. The new shares were issued at HK$0.19 each, implying gross proceeds of approximately HK$42.55 million.

Imperium Technology confirmed it continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% and holds no treasury shares. The month-end share count reflects solely outstanding shares, with no repurchases or cancellations reported.

Regarding equity incentives, the group’s two approved share-option schemes carried a combined 4.73 million outstanding options at period-end—1.62 million options exercisable at HK$8.6313 and 3.11 million options at HK$13.4004. No option exercises occurred during September, and no warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements were reported.

The company secretary affirmed that all share issuances complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant regulatory requirements.
