TA YANG GP-NEW (01991) announced that the subscription arrangements under Subscription Agreement II and Subscription Agreement V, entered into separately between the Company and Subscriber II and Subscriber V respectively, have been completed on August 19, 2025, in accordance with their respective terms and conditions, following the fulfillment of the prerequisite conditions set forth in these agreements.
