Beauty Farm Medical completes HK$0.27 million on-market share repurchase, marginal 0.0062% reduction in free float

Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. executed a small-scale share buyback on 09 July 2026, repurchasing 15,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging between HK$17.41 and HK$17.75, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$17.4955 per share. The total cash consideration amounted to HK$0.27 million.

Following the transaction, outstanding ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 248.26 million, trimming the issued share base by 0.0062%. Treasury shares on hand increased correspondingly to 3.34 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 251.59 million.

Since receiving shareholder authorisation on 26 June 2026 to repurchase up to 24.85 million shares, the company has cumulatively bought back 264,500 shares, equal to 0.11% of the share count as at the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals is in effect until 08 August 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.
