本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本变动为12,513,813,315股，库存股数增至13,682,400股。公司曾于2025年6月10日通过购回授权，可回购股份总数为1,320,029,368股；截至目前，公司已累计回购13,682,400股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.1037%。
公司表示，本次回购已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法规。公告由联席公司秘书赵奇签署。
