Stream Ideas Group Limited (the “Company,” stock code: 8401) announced that effective 22 October 2025, Xie Cheng has been appointed as an Executive Director. Mr. Xie, aged 47, has over five years of corporate management and strategic development experience. He currently serves as president of Hua Xia Water (Beijing) Co. Ltd. and Chief Capital and Operating Officer of Guizhou Kaoju Catering Chain Co. Ltd., and obtained a graduation certificate from the Law School of Peking University in 2023. Mr. Xie entered into a three-year service contract with an annual director’s fee of HK$180,000 and will perform chairman duties jointly with Jenny Cheung.

The Company further announced that Executive Director Choi Si Yi will resign on 31 October 2025 due to other business commitments, though she will remain as Senior Advertising Manager. Ms. Choi has confirmed having no disagreement with the Board. The Company expressed gratitude for her contributions during her tenure.
