渣打集团有限公司(02888)于2026年8月19日发布公告，披露近期多次股份购回及已发行股本变动情况。
公告显示，2026年8月13日和14日，公司分别回购并注销了365,335股及366,016股普通股，回购价格分别为每股22.4055英镑和22.1902英镑，两次回购合计占当时已发行股本约0.0334%。截至2026年8月18日，上述回购股份已注销，公司的已发行股本由2,187,349,689股降至2,186,618,338股，库藏股为0股。
同时，2026年8月17日，公司回购了365,060股普通股，每股回购价为22.3733英镑，占当时已发行股本约0.0167%，该部分尚未注销。2026年8月18日，公司再次回购362,246股普通股，占当时已发行股本约0.0166%。其中，在伦敦证券交易所、CBOE BXE及CBOE CXE合计回购362,246股，最高回购价为22.38英镑，最低回购价为21.98英镑，合计耗资8,029,073.90英镑（约802.91万英镑），该部分股份亦暂未注销。
渣打集团已于2026年5月7日获得股东通过购回授权，可回购股份总数为221,634,387股。公司确认本次股份购回事项已经过董事会正式授权，遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他适用法律法规。公告由助理公司秘书黄蓉签署。
