Effective December 19, 2025, the following changes will take place at OCEAN STAR TECH (08297): Mr. Sun Tian, the current Executive Director and Chairman, will step down from his role as Chairman but will remain as an Executive Director of the company. Mr. Jiao Dejun, an Executive Director, will be appointed as the new Chairman. Additionally, Ms. Yang Xueling has resigned from her position as Executive Director.
