HJ Science Implements Full Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Jul 21

HJ Science Co., Ltd. (HJ Science) has formally adopted an electronic dissemination regime for all future corporate communications, aligning with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s revised paper-light requirements under Main Board Listing Rule 2.07A, which took effect on 31 December 2023.

Effective 21 July 2026, the company will cease routine distribution of printed documents—covering annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—and will instead make both English and Chinese versions available on its corporate website (https://www.hj3h.com/) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Action Required from Shareholders 1. Email registration: Registered shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong). 2. Default arrangement: If no valid email address is supplied, HJ Science will continue to send actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—in printed form until an address is provided. 3. Opt-in for print: Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents may request printed versions via the reply form or by emailing HJScience.ecom@computershare.com.hk, specifying name and address. This preference remains valid for one year from receipt.

Operational Details • Shareholder enquiries: +852 2862 8688 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, HK time). • Personal data collected for email registration will be used solely for communication purposes and handled in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

The notice is issued by Executive Director, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager Dr. Ji Jianxin on behalf of the Board. With this move, HJ Science seeks to enhance distribution efficiency, reduce paper consumption and comply with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paperless listing framework.
