回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股）数量由212,317,416股降至212,190,266股，库存股份增加至5,725,850股。根据公告，公司本次回购的依据是于2025年6月25日通过的回购授权，该授权允许公司回购最多21,739,953股。截至目前，公司已经回购5,394,300股，占回购授权通过当日已发行股本总数约2.4813%。
