上海建桥教育集团有限公司（股票代码：01525，简称“建桥教育”）8月19日公告称，公司董事会已排定于2026年8月31日（星期一）召开会议。届时，董事会将审议并批准公司及其附属公司截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩，并考虑是否派发中期股息（如有）。
公告显示，目前公司董事会成员包括执行董事赵东辉先生及丁哲寅先生；非执行董事方晓戈先生、叶琼海先生及赵佳俏女士；独立非执行董事陈百助先生、胡戎恩先生及刘涛女士。
如董事会通过相关决议，公司预计将在会议结束后对外公布中期业绩及任何有关派息决议。
