China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (H-share ticker: 06881) has unveiled its interim results for the 2026 fiscal year, demonstrating robust growth across several core business segments.
The group achieved total revenue, gains, and other income of RMB 22.323 billion during the reporting period, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 18.75%. Profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company reached RMB 7.797 billion, up 20.18% compared with the same period last year, with basic earnings per share standing at RMB 0.66.
Breaking down the performance by division, the wealth management business generated RMB 9.784 billion in revenue, gains, and other income, marking a substantial surge of 32.07% year-on-year. The investment banking arm contributed RMB 306 million, up 6.88%, while the institutional business recorded the fastest growth, jumping 79.52% to RMB 1.950 billion. International operations brought in RMB 3.047 billion, an increase of 48.46%, and the integrated parent-subsidiary business grew by 39.65% to RMB 2.129 billion. Conversely, the investment and trading business posted a decline of 22.66%, delivering RMB 5.000 billion for the period.
Throughout the reporting period, the company sustained its profitability trajectory, ensuring the preservation and appreciation of capital. As of June 30, 2026, equity attributable to shareholders of the parent company stood at RMB 155.703 billion, representing an increase of RMB 7.923 billion, or 5.36%, from the level recorded at the end of 2025.
