公司此前就股价及成交量波动声明，公司正与Micro Connect (H.K.) Investment Management「MCHKI」，联络，探讨若干潜在企业活动，包括委任公司新董事（包括港交所前行政总裁李小加先生）；委任MCHKI为公司新投资经理；及建议配售不少于10亿元的新股份。
