昆仑能源有限公司（股份代号：00135）于2026年5月5日公告再度回购股票，共回购普通股824,000股，约占当日公司已发行股本的0.0095%。回购价格区间介乎每股港币7.45元至7.52元，合共动用资金约港币6,168,546.40（折合约616.85万港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍维持在8,658,801,708股，暂无库藏股结余。回购授权由公司于2025年5月29日获股东大会批准，授权回购总数为865,880,170股，截至目前公司已累计回购11,098,000股。
公司确认本次回购行为已遵守香港联交所《主板上市规则》及相关法律法规的规定。公告由公司秘书谢茂签署。
