Deepexi Technology Co., Ltd. (DEEPEXI TECH) has received a letter of award and signed a Purchase and Sales Contract with CCCC Construction Group Sixth Engineering Co., Ltd. The agreement, valued at RMB22.87 million, covers the supply and deployment of an intelligent and information system focused on a smart timber production and operations platform.
The contract underpins the “Intelligent and Information System of the Luzhai Zero-Carbon Industrial Park” initiative, positioned as a national benchmark for county-level, AI-enabled industrial digitalisation in China’s forestry sector. Key deliverables include an intelligent industrial trading platform, blockchain-based warehouse receipt pledging, a digital-twin financial warehouse and an AI data-asset platform designed to integrate business, logistics, capital and information flows, addressing fragmentation, financing hurdles and regulatory challenges within the timber value chain.
CCCC Sixth Engineering Company—a Beijing-based subsidiary of CCCC Construction Group with first-grade building engineering qualifications and ongoing projects across multiple provinces—will be the purchaser and implementation partner.
DEEPEXI TECH cautioned that project scheduling, system development, acceptance procedures and compliance requirements could affect timelines, settlement amounts and cash collection, and therefore no assurance can be given regarding future revenue or profitability arising from the contract.
