HONY MEDIA (00419) has announced that its indirect subsidiary, Ainuobo (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd., has signed a three-year cooperation agreement with Greentown Property Service Group Co., Ltd. to jointly build a property robot operations management platform.
Under the agreement, the two parties will leverage the group's AIROBO operating system as the technical foundation to develop and operate the platform, enabling unified access and management of multi-brand, multi-category robots, and driving the large-scale deployment of robots in community and property management scenarios.
Greentown Property Service is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greentown Service Group Co., Ltd. (2869), a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It manages approximately 580 million square meters of property across over 3,800 projects in 194 cities nationwide. In 2025, Greentown recorded property service revenue exceeding RMB 13.6 billion.
The parties are rapidly executing the plan, having already completed the demonstration project at Xixi International, the headquarters location of Greentown, which integrates multiple robot categories including inspection and delivery robots. They are currently advancing the unified access and coordinated operations of Greentown's nationwide property robots through the group's AIROBO unified operations platform, transitioning community robot applications from single-machine, single-scenario pilots to multi-category, platform-based comprehensive operations.
The platform serves as independent third-party operational infrastructure, supporting the unified access and management of robots across various brands and categories. This collaboration and project implementation represent another significant milestone for the group's expansion into robot operations platform business, helping to validate and accumulate robot operational capabilities in real-world property scenarios while gradually developing a replicable operational model.
