GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad announced its unaudited results for the second quarter ended Dec, 31 2025 on Jan, 28 2026.
Quarterly revenue grew 4.6% year-on-year to 43.7 million Singapore dollars, supported by robust sales and progressive billings from the Emerald 9 development, higher occupancy at Menara HLX and stronger hotel earnings.
Profit before tax declined 23.4% to 3.1 million Singapore dollars, reflecting the absence of contributions from Emerald Hills’ North Tower and a lower share of profit from the Emerald Rawang joint venture. Net profit attributable to shareholders eased to 1.9 million Singapore dollars, translating into basic earnings of 1 sen per share.
For the six months to Dec, 31 2025, revenue rose 28.1% to 79.3 million Singapore dollars, while profit before tax edged up 4.5% to 6.5 million Singapore dollars. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached 3.7 million Singapore dollars.
Total assets stood at 2.78 billion Malaysian ringgit with borrowings of 584.8 million Malaysian ringgit as at Dec, 31 2025. The board did not declare an interim dividend for the period.
