CCT FORTIS (00138) has announced that Ms. Wong Tsz Ling has resigned from her positions as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, and Authorized Representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law), effective March 23, 2026.

Following Ms. Wong's resignation from these roles, the Board of Directors announced that, effective March 23, 2026, Mr. Guo Zhicong has been appointed as Company Secretary. Additionally, Ms. Zheng Yuqing, an Executive Director of the company, has been appointed as the Authorized Representative and will continue to serve as the Authorized Representative for legal documents.
