兖矿能源(01171)发布更新公告，就截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息派发时间表作出更新。董事会建议派发末期股息每股0.32元人民币，此建议尚待2026年6月26日召开的股东周年大会批准。
派息将以港元进行，具体港元金额及汇率有待公布。扣除预扣税的安排亦将于后续确定。
倘获股东大会批准，相关时间表为：除净日2026年6月30日，递交股份过户文件截止时间为2026年7月2日下午4时30分，暂停办理股份过户登记手续日期为2026年7月3日至7月9日，权益登记日为2026年7月9日。股息派发日定为2026年7月28日，派发对象为记录日登记在册的股东。
