On 28 April 2026, China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited announced the formal publication of three key documents for the financial year ended 2025: the 2025 Annual Report, the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, and a circular dated the same day that includes the notice of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) together with a proxy form.

The English and Chinese versions of the reports and circular have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.cogogl.com.hk) under the “Announcements & Circulars” section and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal. Shareholders are encouraged to review the electronic versions to support paper-light communication.

For investors who have previously elected to receive hard copies, printed versions of all three documents are being dispatched. Non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulties with electronic access—or preferring paper copies—may request printed materials free of charge by completing and returning the reply form to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 81-ecom@vistra.com.

To receive future corporate communications by email, shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries should supply a functional email address directly to those parties.
